Mercer rejoins Heitman’s European private equity group as managing director. : Allianz Real Estate, Heitman, Starwood Capital, Relendex, Warehouse REIT, Voya Investment Management, KKR, King & Spalding, Arnold & Porter, Queensberry Real Estate, Milligan, PFA Real Estate Allianz Real Estate – has appointed Michael Cale as co-head of debt investments and Karen Horstmann as head of equity acquisitions. Both roles will focus on the company’s US business. Cale will lead the national origination team to cover Atlanta, New York and Los Angeles. He joins Allianz from Voya Investment Management where he held the position of senior VP, head of capital markets.
