Floor & Decor Holdings, a retailer of hard surface flooring and related accessories, went public after its IPO priced at about 8.82 million shares at $21 each. The stock began trading April 27, 2017 on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “FND.” BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Credit Suisse, UBS Investment Bank, Goldman Sachs, Jefferies, Piper Jaffray and Wells Fargo Securities are serving as the underwriters.
