A&R Logistics, a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners, has acquired St. Clair, Michigan-based Blue Water Plastic Transport LLC, a provider of specialty bulk transportation and logistics services to the plastics industry. No financial terms were disclosed. Antares Capital, Bain Capital, First Eagle Investment Management and Varagon Capital led the debt financing for the transaction while Faegre Baker Daniels LLP provided legal counsel to A&R.
