The commercial real estate market is showing cracks and will peak this year, Morgan Stanley analysts forecast.  "We expect 2017 to mark the end of the bull cycle for US CRE," they said in a note on Wednesday. The big risk for the market is that the growth of net operating income — the revenues generated from commercial properties, excluding operating expenses — could slow down, they said.
