The 16-storey office building was acquired from Peakside Capital for an undisclosed sum. : Adventum International has acquired the 16-storey Poznan Financial Centre office building in Poland from Peakside Capital Advisors for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition is the first investment by the Malta-based investment fund manager in the CEE region on behalf of the newly-launched Adventum Quartum real estate fund. Christopher Smith, heading the transaction with Peakside, said: “The sale is another successful transaction for Peakside in Poland and opens the company up to further investment activities in the country.
