<p>Private equity firm Lovell Minnick Partners has announced that Irene Hong Edwards has joined the firm as principal and head of investor relations.</p>
<p>Hong Edwards will be based in New York, according to the company, and will be responsible for both nurturing existing investor relationships and cultivating new ones. </p>
