KKR to Acquire PetVet Care Centers WESTPORT, Conn. & NEW YORK, December 27, 2017-- PetVet Care Centers, LLC (“PetVet”) announced today that KKR is acquiring PetVet from Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, L Catterton, and other existing shareholders.
