Gator Investments’ James “Jimmy” Goldsmith and his wife Monica just sold their waterfront Miami Beach home to fellow property investor Joe Beard, CEO of Dallas-based Westdale Real Estate and Asset Management. The 5,470-square-foot house at 2034 North Bay Road traded hands for nearly $9 million, or about $1,640 per square foot. Records show Jimmy Goldsmith paid $915,000 for the half-acre property in 1994.
