New Delhi, Jun 17 (IANS): In a sign of increasing attraction of the global market in comparison to India, outflow of capital from the country into commercial real estate market globally has surged significantly in the past one year, according to a recent report. Knight Frank's Active Capital Report 2019 says that India's outbound capital in the commercial real estate segment increased by 92 per cent to $700 million during the financial year 2018-19.
