Fresh fruit and vegetables distributor Dole PLC filed for an initial public offering on Friday with plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker 'DOLE.' There are seven banks underwriting the deal, led by Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank and Davy. Proceeds will be used to repay debt and for general corporate purposes. The company had net income of $52.677 million in the quarter to March 31, and net income of $80.1 million for 2020. Revenue came to $2.3 billion in the quarter and $8.9 billion for 2020.
