The global market turmoil hasn't stopped all fundraising in their tracks.
FedEx, the global courier and logistics company, enters the fray today with an SEC Filing for a new investment company. Titled 'FedEx Alternative Investments I, LP', the investment arm will be headed by Michael Brandmeyer whose LinkedIn profile mentions that he is a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs.
Brandmeyer held a high-profile role as one of the two fund-managers at Petershill, a Goldman hedge-fund investment vehicle. The other names mentioned in the form D filing are Harold Hope and Christopher Kojima, both execs at Goldman Sachs.
