EQT and Kuoni Group announced that they entered into a transaction agreement pursuant to which an affiliate of EQT will launch an all-cash tender offer for all publicly held registered shares of Kuoni Travel Holding Ltd. EQT VII, a fund of the private equity group EQT, acting through Kiwi Holding IV S.à r.l. on the deal.
