Elastic N.V. has set terms for its proposed initial public offering, in which it could raise up to $203 million. The Mountain View, Calif.-based search company said it expects the IPO to price between $26 to $29 a share, which would value the company between $1.81 billion and $2.02 billion. If the underwriters exercised all the options granted to buy additional shares, the company could raise up to $233.5 million. Elastic's stock is expected to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "ESTC."
