Report says performance shows the 'strength of the region’s industrial sector': Take-up of industrial and logistics space in the East Midlands has hit record levels, despite the coronavirus crisis. According to the latest Big Shed Briefing, compiled by Savills, in the first half of 2020, deals for units of 100,000 sq ft and over totalled 4.75 million sq ft, which is 115% on the long-term average.
