Crestview Acquires Protect My Car From Private Investor Group NEW YORK and CLEARWATER, Fla., September 6, 2018-- Protect My Car ("PMC" or the "Company") today announced that funds managed by Crestview Partners ("Crestview"), together with members of PMC's management team, have completed the acquisition of the Company from a private investor group. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Craig Rubino, who founded PMC in 2007 and has been CEO since, will continue to lead PMC as CEO and serve as a member of the Company's Board of Directors.
