Deal takes total investment in NDSM former shipyard area to €240m. : Bouwinvest Real Estate Investment Management’s residential fund has acquired an additional 449 apartments from developer COD. The Dutch institutional investment manager said its total investment in the NDSM Wharf former shipyard on the IJ River waterfront in Amsterdam North is now €240m. Bouwinvest’s holdings in the NDSM neighbourhood is now around 1,400 homes, following pervious partnerships with COD to invest in and develop 543 mid-sector rental and 403 student apartments.
