DeMare, who was promoted to president of the firm's global markets division last July, added Laura Chepucavage to his leadership team as head of global financing and futures, according to an internal memo seen by Insider. Chepucavage, a managing director with nearly two-decades at the company, spent the previous 10 years in interest rate sales, managing the relative value hedge fund sales group and then the short end sales and trading desk, according to the memo.
