Beyond Meat Inc. priced its initial public offering at $25 a share Wednesday evening, the high end of a range that had been increased. The plant-based meat company plans to sell at least 9.6 million shares at that price, raising more than $240 million at a valuation slightly shy of $1.5 billion. Beyond Meat originally sought to sell 8.75 million shares at a price of $19 to $21, but increased the share count and price range earlier this week.
