Realterm Global is a $2+ billion AUM real estate private equity investment manager and developer of logistics real estate around the world. We operate three platforms - Aeroterm, the largest owner and manager of on-airport logistics facilities in North America; Realterm NAT, the leading non-operating owner and manager of high flow-through logistics assets in North America; and IndoSpace Logistics Parks, the largest industrial developer in India.
Responsibilities: Realterm is seeking to add a vice president who will join a small, dedicated team of capital markets professionals who are responsible for raising capital from institutional investors globally, executing investor due diligence requests and ongoing investor relations activities on behalf of Realterm's operating platforms. These investors include public and corporate pension plans, endowments and foundations, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, fund of funds and consultants.
Qualifications: Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience calling on, or working with, institutional investors, be knowledgeable and conversant in the real estate and/or private equity capital markets, and able to articulate real estate investment strategies. The candidate should be a motivated self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills are critical. Travel is required. Candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and preferably an advanced degree from a leading academic institution.
Location: Flexible, but ideally in either our Washington, D.C. area or Chicago offices
Compensation: This person will earn a market competitive and performance-driven compensation package.
