Tariq Ibrahim Khoshhal joined Sidra Capital as Assistant Vice President in June 2008. He was later promoted to his current post in March 2010. Prior to joining Sidra Capital, he worked with SEDCO in the Private Equity Group and Gulf Investment Bank in its investment banking division. Tariq has worked on various corporate exercises such as private placements, exempt offerings, IPOs, private equity and M&A transactions. He carries with him extensive experience in wide range of industries such as banking, hotel & tourism, healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, petrochemicals, education, real estate, leasing, mortgage and retail. Some of the transactions that he had worked on include Halwani Brothers and Al Othaim IPOs and Petromin acquisition, a unique transaction where it was the first private sale by Aramco. Tariq holds an MBA from Quebec University (Canada) and a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from King Faisal University.
