Ryan Nece
Ryan is not only a former professional athlete, but he is also a well-respected philanthropist and businessman. After graduating from UCLA with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science, Ryan spent seven years in the NFL. During his NFL career, Ryan spent four as a team captain, and he won one Super Bowl while with the Tampa Buccaneers. While playing, Nece also founded and helped develop the Ryan Nece Foundation. Additionally, Ryan spent the last several years of his playing career honing his business acumen through participation in the NFL Business Management and Entrepreneurial Programs at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and Harvard Business School. He has also worked extensively with media partners such as the Pac-12 Network, Versus, NFL Network and Fox Sports. Following his successful NFL career, Ryan co-founded StraightCast Media with Jeb Terry. Lastly, Ryan has been an active investor in a number of leading venture capital funds and startups over the past ten years.
