Roy Henriksson is the new chief investment officer at Quantitative Management Associates. Henriksson is a former professor of finance at the University of California, Berkeley. His 1981 research, with Nobel Prize winner Robert Merton of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, contributed to the design of QMA’s early tactical asset allocation strategies. He has published industry-recognized research and has received the prestigious Graham & Dodd Award of Excellence from the Financial Analysts Journal, which recognizes excellence in financial writing. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics, a master’s degree in management and a PhD in finance, all from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
