Ross Lukatsevich is the founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tanzin Holdings LLC, a privately-held holding company with private equity investments in media, technology, energy and industrials. Tanzin Holdings LLC partners with experienced operating executives in identifying investment opportunities and creating shareholder value post investment.
Mr. Lukatsevich is also the Chairman of the board of directors of Boomerang Tube LLC, a leading US manufacturer of oil field services pipe (OCTG) products for the exploration and production (E&P) sector of the oil and gas industry.
Prior to founding Tanzin Holdings in 2013, Ross was a Partner and co-founder of Access Media LP, a media and communications focused private equity fund under the umbrella of Access Industries as well as Director of Access Industries. Access Industries is a privately held, U.S.-based industrial group with long-term holdings worldwide. Access was founded in 1986 by its Chairman, Len Blavatnik, an American industrialist. At Access, Ross was responsible for private equity investments in media, telecommunications and technology, as well as energy and chemicals.
Prior to joining Access in 2003, Mr. Lukatsevich was an executive with General Atlantic Partners, a leading private equity firm with over $17 billion of assets under management, where he focused on investments in technology, business services and media globally.
Mr. Lukatsevich has over 15 years of private equity and mergers and acquisitions experience. He started his career at Morgan Stanley in the Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructuring department. Ross graduated with high honors from Duke University with B.S degrees in Computer Science and Economics. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and Fellow of the Wexner Foundation Heritage Program.
