Richard Gardiner is the chief investment officer at The Johnson Company, a private investment management company established in 1978 by Robert Wood "Woody" Johnson IV, the current U.S. ambassador to the UK. Previously, he was the CIO at Neuberger Berman Trust Company and the Head of Arbitrage and Credit at Man Investments. He started his career in convertible bonds at Goldman Sachs. Richard holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Yale University.
