Raoul Ngambeu
Master in European Project engineering and management, and MSc in Finance at the University of Siena.
After one year finding a job in the financial and managment industry, i found it more sustainable reinvesting myself in a master program in project finance and project management. The rationale under this decision is that after a good skill accumulation converting it in a sustainable professional know-how is a strong necessity. Also( and i swear God it's true enough), any person or entity(physical or juridical) lives in projects, on projects, and with project in any area of its life cycle.
As Assistant Project Manager in project engineering(base on the PMBOK and MS Project 2010) at Sienabiotech the main responsibilities i have to deal with are: analyse the Call for Proposals of the European Union’s Seventh Framework Program for research and technology development and built up a report to the project manager interest for a further participation decision making; break down a budget structure and a technical report frame for the project cycle management; Monitoring the project formulation in compliance with Call for proposals' policies; built up an optimal source of project funding and information-communication system path to support a better and sustainable management decision choices on a given project.
My goal is to grow and earn a strong expertise in project engineering and management(including risk management).
