Ping is an active speaker and sits on investment panels at many conferences hosted by a variety of sponsors, including Markets Group, LendIt, Pension Bridge, SuperReturn, AAAIM, Pensions & Investments, IMN, Bloomberg, etc. He earned an MS/BS in Electrical Engineering from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, and an MBA from Haas School of Business at University of California—Berkeley. He has also earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst, the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst, and the Financial Risk Manager designations. Ping is a member of the CFA Institute, CFA Society of San Francisco, CAIA Association, and Global Association of Risk Professionals.
