Paul is the Vice President of Glorious Land Company (real estate investment company), Managing Member of The 4Corners Group (real estate development company) and Vice President at GLC Enterprises, LLC (real estate development services firm).
Paul brings development and financial expertise to the Paradise Valley entitlement team. Paradise Valley is a sustainable 5,400 acre master-planned community at the southern entrance of Joshua Tree National Park. The Paradise Valley new town project is more than the typical master planned community because it will have places for residents to live, work and play. It is also our vision to live in harmony with nature so we will preserve thousands of acres of land in conservation and the town of Paradise Valley will be surrounded by natural beauty in perpetuity. There are 7,500 homes planned with complementary non-residential uses like schools, office, retail, medical, and light industrial spaces. We will also provide abundant recreational areas such as resort, trails and parks.
Paul is also developing of urban infill projects through The 4Corners Group LLC. We completed our Beethoven Four small lot subdivision project which sold out in 10 days in the midst of the depressed economy in 2011. Our Preuss Four single family residences project will be completed in the summer of 2013 and our Bedford project will come to market in 2014. Paul and his team are actively looking for new properties in the greater Los Angeles region.
Prior to GLC Enterprises, LLC, Paul served in various management roles in high-tech companies and management consulting firms.
Paul received his MBA from the University of California, Irvine and his B.S. in General Engineering from Harvey Mudd College in Claremont, California.
