Summary I recently left Investcorp’s $5B fund of funds division after seven years as a Principal and headed the Event, Distressed, and Hedge Equity side of the business. My responsibilities included sourcing, due diligence, and presenting recommended hedge funds. Additionally, I was actively involved in marketing to both current and prospective clients and was a member of both the Investment and Portfolio Allocation Committees. These sub groups made all the investment and portfolio allocation decisions. Prior to Investcorp, I worked on the hedge fund side as an analyst for Litespeed Partners (Event/Distressed), Avery Partners (merger arb/event) and Fusion Capital (the 2 PMs separated and are now Cobalt Capital and Eminence). I graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1991 and Columbia Business School in 1996. I also received the CFA designation in 1996.
