Laura Roden is an expert in the structure, analysis, diligence and marketing of alternative asset funds, including private equity funds; venture capital funds; hedge funds; distressed and high yield debt funds; private real estate partnerships; and CTAs. She works closely with investors such as family offices, foundations & endowments, and independent investment advisors/wealth managers to help identify high quality solutions for their allocations in these areas. She also provides consulting services to assist fund managers and other entities in the process of raising capital and investor relations. Laura brings a fiduciary- and fundamental analysis-based approach to investment due diligence, a perspective formed during her earlier career as a corporate chief financial officer, and while earning her MBA at Harvard Business School. She is considered an industry expert in the alternative assets industry, and has frequently lectured and participated in panels on investing and finance.
