Karlie is the Vice President of Institutional Sales. She is responsible for developing and cultivating relationships with independent financial advisers, while promoting the firm’s tactical investment strategies. Using her background in finance, she brings the value of Della Parola to the attention of advisors, forming relationships and assisting advisors in growing their business. Karlie began her professional career as a Client Relations Manager for Della Parola after an internship while finishing her undergraduate degree. Initially, her responsibilities were focused internally on servicing the firm’s existing clients. In addition, she served as the firm’s liaison communicating investment performance while ensuring accurate and timely communication with the company clientele. In 2013, Karlie shifted her focus externally to generate strategic partnerships with independent and institutional financial advisors. Karlie was an Honors student and earned a B.S. in Finance from Colorado State University.
