John Is president of The Transaction Factor Company LLC, Tf(x) Co™. Founded in 2012, Tf(x) Co has developed the Full Cycle Marketing© program, which joins psychology and technology to benefit both buyers and sellers.
John is also president of Valuation Technologies LLC, which he founded in 1993. In 1999, he developed the first quantitative institutional investor target marketing program.
Prior to Valuation Technologies, John was CEO of STAR Services (now part of Thomson/Reuters), where he developed the first system quantifying analyst stock purchase recommendations.
In 1985, he founded Investor Research, Inc., and developed the first comprehensive investor relations marketing and reporting application software used in consulting and sold to public corporations. Investor Research was sold to CDA in 1987. While VP of Marketing at CDA, he developed the first system to link stock holdings data with investment personnel.
John gained experience in database development while VP of Primark Corporation (now part of Thomson/Reuters) and investor relations as director of investor relations at CIPSCO, Inc. (now part of Ameren).
Awards include an honorary lifetime membership in the largest world-wide organization of individual investors and investment clubs, the National Association of Investors Corporation (NAIC), after serving as chairman of NAIC's Corporate Advisory Board.
He completed bachelors and masters programs in philosophy at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale
