Senior Managing Director, International Private EquityJim is the Senior Managing Director of GEAM with 28 years of investment experience. Jim was GEs Deputy Treasurer from 1994 to 1995 and Assistant Treasurer from 1989 to 1993. BeFamily Officere joining GE, Jim held several positions at RJR Nabisco, including Director of Corporate Finance and Assistant International Tax Counsel. Jim received a B.S. degree in Accounting from Fairfield University, a J.D. degree from the University of Connecticut and an L.L.M. degree in Taxation from Boston University. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar and a Certified Public Accountant. Jim also represents, and will represent, GEAM clients (such as GEPT, Fund I and/or the Partnership) on certain boards of directors (or comparable governing bodies).
