Guillermo Moya Garcia-Renedo
Guillermo is an investment and asset management professional with more than twelve years of experience in the infrastructure, real estate and energy sectors. Guillermo currently works for FCC, an infrastructure, waste, water, cement and real estate multinational with revenues over $14Bn. He is currently the Managing Director of the Real Estate business (assets under management in excess of $1Bn) and is member of the board of directors of some of FCC’s subsidiaries. His previous role at FCC was leading the mergers and acquisition team as Investment Director of the Group. He joined FCC's top management in 2010 as Executive Advisor to the Chairman and CEO. Guillermo has also worked as investment manager at Atlas Capital Private Equity, a $120M buyout fund, and in the New York-based investment team of a $17Bn AuM listed infrastructure fund, managed by Macquarie Capital Funds. He started his career as project manager for Spain’s largest infrastructure development firm, Dragados, leading infrastructure projects for an aggregate value of $140M. Guillermo holds an MsC in Civil Engineering (honors) from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, and an MBA (honors) from Columbia University (New York), where he received a merit and potential-based Rafael del Pino Foundation fellowship. He has been president of the Rafael del Pino Alumni Association and is an Aspen Institute España fellow. Guillermo speaks English, Spanish, French and a little bit of German after having lived in four different countries.
