Greg joined Windjammer Capital in 2000 and has over 20 years of institutional investment experience working with middle market companies. At Windjammer, Greg is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, structuring, and closing new private equity investments. Greg works closely with management teams at the board level to execute upon internal and external strategic initiatives to maximize value. Prior to joining Windjammer, Greg was with Prudential Capital’s Corporate Finance Group in Dallas, Texas, where he was responsible for originating, structuring and managing private debt and equity investments in companies located in the Southwest United States. At Prudential, Greg was involved in over 40 transactions, including buyouts, acquisitions, recapitalizations and growth financings spanning a variety of industries and aggregating approximately $2 billion. Greg currently serves on the boards of Protective Industries, Maxcess International, and HSC Acquisition. He was formerly on the boards of Rotex Holdings and S.T. Specialty Foods as well as an observer to Brown Publishing’s board. Greg received his BBA from The University of Texas at Austin and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He is located in Windjammer’s Waltham office.
