Faraz Shooshani is Vice President with Strategic Investment Solutions, Inc. ("SIS"), a non-discretionary consultant to institutional investors with over $540 billion client assets under advisement. Mr. Shooshani is the lead private markets consultant on a number of institutional client accounts, and he is also responsible for private markets research, both in the U.S. and Asia. Formerly, Mr. Shooshani was Associate Director of Investments at Caltech, where he helped manage the university’s $1.5 billion endowment, planned gifts, and operating cash. Faraz founded Catapult Ventures, a consulting company that helped seed- and early-stage startup companies with strategy, recruitment and fundraising initiatives. He served as senior revenue analyst at Intel Corporation for its semiconductor Profit and Loss Group, and was a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. Faraz earned an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a B.A. in Economics from UC Berkeley.
