Elijiah Gray is a co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of MileStone Bank. Holding a degree in Finance from Northeastern University, Ms. Gray passion for the accounting and analysis were developed through her extensive work as a CFO, controller and accounting manager in various industries. Ms. Gray has always brought a strong work ethic and the ability to connect with people to all of her business endeavors. In her role with MileStone Bank, Ms. Gray works with clients and shareholders alike, learning about their businesses and financial needs so that she can better serve them. Her people skills and extensive finance and banking knowledge allow her to educate her customers so that they have a better understanding of the process, allowing them to confidently and securely invest their money. Before MileStone Bank, Ms. Gray was the CFO of a few de novo banks, including FirstService Bank which was purchased by National Penn Bank in 2003. She has been in the financial service industry for nearly 20 years. Her enthusiasm for working with people extends to her community as well; Ms. Gray currently acts as treasurer for the Doylestown Athletic Association. Ms. Gray resides in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.
