Cheryl R. Holland received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics, cum laude, from Bryn Mawr College in 1980 and was awarded the CFP® in 1990. She is President of Abacus Planning Group, Inc., a fee-only financial planning and investment counsel firm managing over $500,000,000 in assets primarily for individuals. Ms. Holland is included on Worth magazine’s list of the Top 100 Financial Advisors in the nation in 1996, 1997, 1998, 2006, 2007 and 2008 and is in Medical Economics in 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2002 on the list of the “150 Best Financial Advisors for Doctors. Wealth Manager Magazine has included her in their annual survey of the top wealth managers in the nation every year from 2002 - 2008 and in 2008, on their list of the “Top Fifty Women Wealth Managers” in the country. She was featured in the December 1, 2008 issue of The Wall Street Journal.
