Barclay Garrison Estates has acquired the 120,000 sq ft property from Batleys. : The former Batleys cash and carry building in the Coryton area of Cardiff has been acquired in an off market transaction by property development firm Barclay Garrison Estates. The vacate industrial unit is next to Barclay Garrison Estates' near 30 acre Cardiff Edge Business Park, which it acquired from GE Healthcare in a £18m deal back in 2018. At Cardiff Edge Business Park GE Healthcare now occupies around 110,000 sq ft of space under a 10 year lease.
