<p style="line-height: 20.8px;">JUNIOR coal miner Wescoal has identified merger and acquisition opportunities that would add 4-million tonnes a year of coal output by 2017 to the 4-million it expects to be producing by next year from its existing resources, chairman Robinson Ramaite said on Monday.</p>
