Houston, Texas-based Weingarten Realty Investors paid $86.75 million for a nearly 180-acre retail center in Deerfield Beach.  Records show the Cornfeld Group sold the 394,248-square-foot shopping center at 3700, 3650-4060 West Hillsboro Boulevard.
