Two Luxembourg-based entities have snapped up apartments at Vornado Realty Trust’s 220 Central Park South, for just under $52 million. “GNY22, LLC” bought the three-bedroom unit 44A, which measures 3,114 square feet, for roughly $26.47 million, pricing the deal at roughly $8,500 per square foot.
