Publicly traded IT services company Unisys announced that it will acquire Bellevue, Wash.-based startup Unify Square for $152.5 million in cash. Founded in 2008, Unify Square helps companies manage collaboration and communication software such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and Zoom. Customers include REI, Barclays, Bank of Ireland, Unilever, and others. Unify Square had raised $36 million, according to PitchBook. Investors include Primepulse SE, Microsoft, Bridge Bank, and Stanford University.
