The Praedium Group, a New York City-based real estate investment firm, acquired the 14-year-old Moreno Valley, Calif. property, which features 304 rental units across 15 two- and three-story residential buildings. Apartments are offered in one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans, and range in size from 686 to 1,202 square feet.
