DIF’s Infrastructure III and Infrastructure IV funds sold the stakes for an undisclosed sum. : Infrastructure fund manager DIF said its DIF Infrastructure III and DIF Infrastructure IV funds have sold their stakes, with a total capacity of 107.8MW, to Terres d’Energie for an undisclosed sum. The portfolio includes a mix of ground-mounted and rooftop assets, which achieved commercial operations between 2009 and 2016. Most plants were acquired by DIF during construction.
