Taurus Investment Holdings bought 51 buildings from Venture One Real Estate. : Boston-based Taurus Investment Holdings bought a portfolio of 51 Chicago-area industrial buildings for $201 million from Rosemont-based Venture One Real Estate, the Real Deal reported. The deal closes out Taurus US Logistics Fund I, which was used to buy 117 buildings in five states, the report said. Taurus owns 18 million square feet of commercial space and more than 2,500 rental apartments, the Real Deal said.
