Hedge funds returned -0.34% in December 2015, according to the latest reading of SS&C GlobeOp’s Hedge Fund Performance Index. This compares to slight gains in October and November of 0.60% and 0.20%, respectively.  The asset-weighted index flashes a monthly estimate of the gross aggregate performance of funds for which SS&C GlobeOp provides monthly administration services on its platform. Meanwhile, SS&C GlobeOp’s Capital Movement Index, which measures hedge fund flows, fell 2.77% in January after a 0.75% jump in December.
