South Korea based Viva Republica&nbsp;&ndash; a mobile payment app developer &ndash; has raised a $23.7 million series B funding from Goodwater Capital and Qualcomm Ventures with participation&nbsp;from existing investors, Altos Venture and KTB Network. Viva Republica&nbsp;&nbsp;also launched two new products, under Toss, and is looking to become a leading consumer financial application, according to a press release. As part of a product development roadmap, it has also introduced Toss Loans, a micro-finance service through mobile payments app. Another feature, Toss Finance Dashboard, also gives consumers a comprehensive view of their financial situation.<br /> <br /> &nbsp;
