Buys the portfolio in Finland with 3,263 units as part of its new Finnish residential strategy. : Round Hill Capital has bought its first residential portfolio in Finland and expects to pursue further acquisitions in the market. The European specialist real estate investor said funds advised by Round Hill have acquired the residential portfolio of 106 properties from an affiliate of Avant Capital Partners. The assets, which is made up of 3,263 units, are located across the south of Finland as well as the Helsinki Metropolitan area.
