<p>A European property fund managed by <a class="intextlink" href="http://hub.ipe.com/rockspring-property-investment-managers-llp-real-estate/415446.supplier" rel="intextlink_0">Rockspring</a> Property Investment Managers has bought five industrial property assets in France.</p>
<p>Rockspring’s TransEuropean Property Limited Partnership VI fund bought the 158,000sqm portfolio in an off-market deal.</p>
