The Rockefeller Group has lured an executive from Hines to oversee its residential, office and mixed-use development projects. Daniel Moore is stepping in as executive vice president and head of urban development at Rockefeller’s headquarters at 1221 Sixth Avenue, the Commercial Observer reported.
